How delivery works

Every product on this store is delivered as a Cfx.re asset grant. Nothing is emailed, and there is no download link to lose.

What happens when you buy

  1. You check out through Tebex and log in with a Cfx.re account.
  2. The asset is granted to that Cfx.re account, usually within moments of payment clearing.
  3. It appears in your granted assets in the Cfx.re portal.
  4. You download it from there and install it like any other resource.
The wrong-account problem
This is the single most common delivery issue on any FiveM store. The grant goes to the account you were logged in with at checkout — not the account that owns your server, unless they are the same account. Cfx.re also limits how often an asset can be transferred between accounts, so this is not always something that can be undone. Check which account you are logged in with before you pay.

If the asset has not appeared

  • Give it a few minutes — the grant follows payment clearing, not the checkout screen.
  • Confirm which Cfx.re account you used at checkout, and check that account's granted assets.
  • Still missing? Open a Discord ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and the Cfx.re account name. Do not open a chargeback — it is slower and it revokes the grant.

Escrow, in plain terms

Escrow protected means the asset is bound to your Cfx.re account and its protected files cannot be opened or copied out. For an MLO this changes nothing about how you use it: you stream it, you drive to it, it works. It does mean you cannot redistribute it, and it means a refund or chargeback revokes your access.

Updates

Updates are pushed to the same asset. You do not buy again — re-download the asset from your granted assets and replace the folder. Update announcements go out in the Discord.
